BCCA

A branched-chain amino acid is an amino acid having aliphatic side-chains with a branch. Among the proteinogenic amino acids, there are three BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Non-proteinogenic BCAAs include 2-aminoisobutyric acid.

Description

BCAAs are known as essential amino acids, which your body cannot produce on its own so you need to include enough of these amino acids in your diet or as supplements. They help stimulate protein synthesis, prevents muscle breakdown and speeds recovery.
